Dear Members and Surrounding Community,

At TruChoice, helping the community is in our DNA.  It’s why we formed over 60 years ago, and it’s why we are here today.  We know that the fast moving changes to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 are impacting our members, our neighbors, our families, our friends, and we want you to know that we are here to help. 

 

During times like these, when worries about finances and the safety of loved ones are at the top of everyone’s mind, our mission of people helping people is more important than ever.  If you or anyone you know is struggling, please reach out to us. 

 

Here are just some of the ways we can help:

 

  • If you have a loan with us, we can look at a 90-Day Payment Deferral.

     

  • We are offering Debt Consolidation to help lower your payments and free up funds.

     

  • If you need an emergency loan, please reach out to us

     

  • We can offer Loan Modifications to help adjust the terms of your loan to make repayment easier.

     

  • We are offering our Skip a Pay with no fees

 

If you’re already a member, you know that our team is here to help and offer their knowledge and compassion.  For those of you who are not yet members, we want you to know we are here for you too.  Reach out to us, and we will work together to make sure you have the resources you need to get through these challenging times.

 

Over the last two weeks, I have seen acts of generosity and kindness that make me proud to be a Mainer, as we all pull together and look out for one another.  Neighbor helping neighbor, and people helping people – it’s who we are.   TruChoice is here for you.  Let us know how we can help.

Important information about our branches

For the safety and health of our members, our team, and the community, all TruChoice lobbies are currently closed.

In order to make sure we are able to assist our members when they most need us, we have reduced our Drive - Thru hours. This will allow us to help ensure the well-being of our hardworking team, while also being here for members. The drive thru will be open from 9am to 4pm daily.  In addition, our Buxton location will be closed daily from 11-11:30 so that our staff can take a well earned break.


Our Biddeford location is currently ATM only.

Our contact center is open from 8:30 to 5pm every day, and our remote services and ATMS are available 24/7.
