Fixed Home Equity Loans as low as 4.75% APR*
*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. $10,000 minimum loan amount. An application fee may apply to all home equity loans. All loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting. This promotion applies to new 5-year, 10-year, and 15-year Fixed Home Equity Loans only. Fixed Home Equity Loan rates are fixed for the life of the loan. Interest begins accruing upon loan disbursement. Loan-to-value restrictions may apply. Property insurance is required. Flood insurance is required where applicable. Members must be in good standing with all TruChoice loans paid current at time of application and closing. Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be processed. **Relationship-Based Rate Discount. Relationship-based rate discounts of up to a maximum of 1.50% are available on eligible new 5-year, 10-year, and 15-year Fixed Home Equity Loans. Discounts are applied to the approved rate prior to closing and are verified at final underwriting. All qualifying relationship criteria must be established, active, and in good standing prior to closing.
Eligible discounts include:
- 0.50% for full income electronic direct deposit
- 0.20% for active checking with a minimum of 12 debit card transactions
- 0.20% for enrollment in eBanking with eStatements
- 0.20% for an active Certificate of Deposit (maximum one certificate eligible)
- 0.20% for an active TruChoice VISA Credit Card
- 0.10% per additional TruChoice loan (maximum 0.50%)
- 0.10% per decade of continuous TruChoice membership
Discounts are stackable up to the 1.50% maximum. TruChoice reserves the right to verify all qualifying activities and adjust the rate if qualifications are not met prior to closing. Relationship-based discounts are subject to change, suspension, or termination without notice.
