- A Current NMLS#
- 2 to 4 years of mortgage industry experience
- A desire and acumen to develop and maintain relationships
- Documented residential mortgage funding over the last 12 months
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and mind for numbers
- Pay for performance- a base salary plus commission
