Call Center Representative/Customer Service

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity and have customer service and call handling experience, we would like to talk to you!

TruChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a service oriented, dynamic individual to fill our Full Time Contact Center position at our Operations Center in South Portland. This position will engage with TruChoice members to make everyday banking simple and build relationships by completing banking transactions, suggesting solutions, and resolving problems via inbound phone calls and e-mail inquiries from our members.

We are looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic, shows initiative and is detail-oriented.The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, experience in a service capacity (preferably a financial institution) and solid organizational skills.
