On January 11th, all online banking users will be required to change their password. The security of your online account is very important to us, and we are always looking for ways to protect you from unauthorized use. Beginning January 11th, we are enhancing our password requirements for online banking, and all members will be required to change their password. When you go to log on for the first time or after that date, you will need to create a new password that is at least 8 characters long, and contains at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 symbol. This change will help to ensure the best protection for your online account. Please note that this change cannot be skipped or delayed, and will need to be done immediately upon your first login. While we encourage members to change passwords frequently, please be aware that changing your password prior to January 11th will not bypass the requirement to update the password on that date.
Online banking security experts recommend changing your password every six months – one helpful tip is when you change your clocks, change your passwords!
