Whoever sends your check will need the information on our Direct Deposit Request Form. Click here, call or stop in for the form, then submit it to your employer's payroll department or whoever sends your check. They may require you to fill out their form, but you will have all of the information at your fingertips.
It takes approximately 2 pay periods for your direct deposit to begin. We need to know what to do with your money. Again, you can click here, call or stop in for the form. Drop the form off at any of our branches or mail it to us.
